Pengaruh Motivasi Prososial Dan Perilaku Pembinaan Pada Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional Pada Tim Swakelola

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi prososial terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional (PKO) dalam tim swakelola, dengan fokus pada peran moderasi perilaku pembinaan pada hubungan ini. Motivasi prososial, yang ditandai dengan keinginan untuk memberi manfaat kepada orang lain di tempat kerja, diusulkan sebagai pendorong signifikan dari PKO, aspek perilaku karyawan yang melampaui tugas pekerjaan yang ditetapkan untuk meningkatkan fungsi organisasi. Melalui survei di berbagai industri di Indonesia, studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana pembinaan dapat memperkuat efek motivasi prososial terhadap PKO. Penelitian ini melibatkan 218 responden dari 55 tim swakelola dari 25 organisasi di Indonesia. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menggunakan hierarchical regression analysis menunjukkan temuan pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi prososial terhadap PKO. Selanjutnya, meskipun perilaku pembinaan diharapkan untuk memperkuat hubungan ini, hasilnya penelitian ini tidak mendukung hipotesis kedua. Hal ini menunjukkan kompleksitas faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasional di lingkungan organisasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana motivasi prososial dapat mempengaruhi dinamika organisasi dan menawarkan wawasan bagi manajer untuk membina lingkungan yang mendukung perilaku kewargaan organisasi yang efektif.References
